The QuickInstaller 1.1.0 package contains two version of the application: QuickInstaller Maker 1.1.0 for 68K Macs or, in emulation, for Power Macs. QuickInstaller Maker 1.1.0 for Power Macs. This installer will select the appropriate version for your Macintosh. • Author. Rocco Moliterno v. Luserna di Rora' 23 10139 Torino Italy mailto: yellowsoft@iol.it http://users.iol.it/yellowsoft • Shareware. QuickInstaller is distributed as SHAREWARE: if you use it you should pay the author. A Registration Form is available inside QuickInstaller Maker 1.1.0 You may register QuickInstaller by sending the requested fee in US dollars (or an equivalent amount of your local currency) to the author at the address above. Please, please, don't send checks: to cash them I must pay the bank more than $15!!!!! , for fees from $50 use an international postal money order. Don't forget to register the shareware. Remember that a shareware author should be supported. If you don’t pay for shareware software today, you will pay much more tomorrow for exactly the same features (but enclosed in a 'nice' commercial). • Licence. The QuickInstaller licence is for SINGLE PRODUCT TO INSTALL. When you buy QuickInstaller you can use it to distribute any version of the same product. Example: if you buy QuickInstaller to distribute a work named "MyStack 1.0" then you can use QuickInstaller to install any future version of "MyStack", but you can't use the purchased copy of QuickInstaller to install a product different than "MyStack". If you want to use QuickInstaller to install another product you must register another copy of QuickInstaller. To buy more than one licence simply insert, in the registration form dialog, the number of copies to purchase then, in the "Product to install" field, write the names of your products (you will receive one serial number per copy purchased). It is anyway possible to obtain a "global" licence for a very low fee. Important: "Single product to install'" doesn't mean only one item! i.e: if you want to install a collection of utilities simply ask a licence to install your utilities collection, the cost is the same of a single licence (but then you can't use QuickInstaller to install a single utility: you must use it to install the entire collection). • Cost. QuickInstaller single licence costs $10 for independent users and $20 for commercial users. The "Global Licence" (a licence to use QuickInstaller to install any product you want) costs $50 for independent users and $100 for commercial users. Who are independent and commercial? Independents are shareware authors and anyone wants to install a product without a professional distribution. Commercials are companies and anyone is supported by a professional distribution. Exception: companies that want to distribute a shareware/freeware product can obtain an independent licence. • Distribution. QuickInstaller 1.1.0 is ©1996 Rocco Moliterno. It can be freely distributed without my previous permission, without any changes and with this "Read Me" and its "User's Manual" from: online services, BBS, non-profit user groups, people. QuickInstaller 1.1.0 can also be included, without my previous permission, without changes and with this "Read Me" and its "User's Manual", in all CD-ROM or disk shareware collections and in all CD-ROM or Disk magazines (anyway an e-mail or a notice will be welcome, as well as a copy of the magazine or media :-). QuickInstaller 1.1.0 may not be included in a commercial package without my permission. • Dedicate to: Elena Nada, a fond, pretty and young woman no longer with us.
